The main objective of the idea is to provide near real-time, high-resolution water quality products to both private users (scuba divers, seaside tourists, etc.) via mobile phones and professional offshore companies. Very fast user- and service-friendly access to the products will be facilitated by the use of cloud computing solutions and/or processor installations directly on top of GMES ground segments and satellite data archives.
